FALL CLEANING LIST

CLUBHOUSE

· Clean windows & sliding glass doors

· Empty out and store wasp traps in main house outdoor closet (east end of clubhouse)

· Clean gutters

· Move upholstered outdoor deck furniture into Clubhouse (Place facing the TV)

· Check outdoor heaters and service / refuel as necessary

· Move all the umbrellas to large storage closet

· Re-pack OTC portable tents

Tier 1 Projects:

· Clean bathroom lower cabinet

· Check AED (defibrillator)

· Clean kitchen cabinets

· Clean refrigerators, oven, and microwave

· Clean exhaust fans in the kitchen and bath

· Vacuum baseboard heating units

· Clean garbage disposal – run some ice cubes through and flush with hot water and baking soda or similar

Tier 2 Projects:

· Check fire extinguishers and service/purchase new ones as necessary

· Check smoke alarms (They have 10-year batteries, installed Spring 2024)

· Check and restock first aid kit

· Take down windscreens on tennis courts (need 4 people who are capable of climbing ladders)

· Kill weeds around courts with 30% commercial vinegar in spray bottles (Clip weeds then spray the cuts)

· Clean ball machine, bring up to Club House for storage before the rains start

· Check club sign at entry to Club Lane and maintain as necessary (paint in shed attached to club house)

· Weed whacking:

1. Around the courts & trees

2. Around drive and front/back parking areas

3. Around entry sign at main road

· Clear mowed area/parking lot/driveway of leaves, branches, debris, etc. and burn them on back parking area (burn permit from county required)

· Remove weeds on asphalt drive and patch asphalt as necessary with “Cold Patch”

· Clean outdoor furniture (center court patio)
